    Measure a shirt you already own

    The easiest way to find your size: lay a shirt you love flat and measure these three dimensions.

    CHEST

    Chest Width

    Lay the shirt flat. Measure straight across from armhole to armhole, 1 inch below the armhole seams.

    LENGTH

    Body Length

    From the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar), measure straight down to the bottom hem.

    SLEEVE

    Sleeve Length

    From the center of the back neck, measure down the shoulder and along the outer edge of the sleeve to the cuff.

    Measuring a shirt you already own and love the fit of is the most accurate way to pick a size. Body measurements alone don't account for how a brand's cut runs — some shirts are more fitted, some more relaxed. Your favorite tee tells you what you actually like to wear.

    How do I choose the right size?

    Do shirts shrink after washing?
