  We accept JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI and almost all file types if they are high quality.

• How long does it take to receive my Custom T-shirts?

  Our standard production time is 7 business days; however, we have rush options at checkout page.

• Is there a minimum order quantity for custom t-shirt printing?

  No, there is no minimum order quantity. We can accommodate both small and large orders.

• Can I mix and match different Custom t-shirt sizes and colors in my order?

  Yes, you can mix and match sizes and colors within the same design.

• Can I see proof of my design before it is printed?

  Yes, we can provide digital proof for approval before printing, simply leave a note at checkout page.

• How do I care for my custom printed t-shirt?

  We recommend washing your t-shirt inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat for the longest lasting print.

• Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

  It depends on the stage of production. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

• What is your return policy?

  We do not accept returns on custom printed items unless there is a defect in the product or a mistake on our part. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

• Can I provide my own T-shirts for printing?

  Yes, we do allow customers to provide their own t-shirts for printing. Customers can either bring their own T-shirts to our office or them to us. However, we recommend that customers consult with us prior to providing their own t-shirts to ensure that they are suitable for printing and that we can provide accurate pricing.
