Retail Orders

Payment is due in full when you place your order. Your production clock starts once:

  • Artwork is approved

This is the fastest route to your order — retail orders typically ship in our standard turnaround time of 7 business days, or faster with rush options.

Corporate Accounts

50% deposit to start production, balance due before shipment. Our standard corporate structure:

  • 50% deposit confirms your order and starts production
  • Remaining 50% due before shipment

Tax-Exempt Purchasing

We accept valid tax-exempt certificates from schools, non-profits, government agencies, and qualifying businesses. To have sales tax removed from qualifying orders:

  • Email your tax-exempt certificate or resale certificate to info@yesweprint.com
  • We'll verify and apply the exemption to your account
  • All qualifying future orders will be processed without sales tax

Payment questions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for online orders. For corporate and wholesale accounts, we also accept ACH bank transfers, wire transfers, and company checks.
When is payment due?
For retail orders, payment is required in full before we begin production. For approved corporate and wholesale accounts, we collect a 50% deposit to start production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment processors using SSL encryption. We receive only what we need to confirm payment and fulfill your order.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current tax regulations. Tax-exempt organizations (schools, non-profits, government agencies, and qualifying businesses) can submit exemption documentation to info@yesweprint.com to have sales tax removed from qualifying orders.
When am I charged?
Your card is charged when you place your order. Your production clock starts once payment is confirmed and your artwork is approved. If there are any issues with your order, contact us immediately at info@yesweprint.com or (877) 807-4909.
Can I pay in installments?
For corporate accounts, we offer a 50% deposit structure with the balance due before shipment. For retail orders, payment is due upfront. Contact us to discuss payment options for large orders.
Do you offer refunds if I cancel?
Yes. You may cancel your order for a full refund before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to fees for work already completed. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
