At Yes We Print, we’re dedicated to producing and delivering your custom apparel quickly, safely, and on time. All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles facility using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS (upon customer request).

1. Production & Processing Time

Our standard production time is 7 business days from the date your order and artwork are approved. This includes printing, finishing, and quality inspection before shipment.

Please note: During peak seasons or periods of high order volume, production and delivery times may vary. We recommend checking the estimated delivery date on our website or contacting us before placing your order if you need your items by a specific date.

For urgent needs, we offer rush production and expedited shipping options. Rush and express shipping costs are covered by the customer.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship via UPS Ground for domestic orders, providing reliable delivery and full tracking. Customers may request alternative carriers like FedEx or USPS before dispatch.

3. Free Shipping

Enjoy free UPS Ground shipping on orders of $100 or more within the United States. Orders below $100 include standard shipping fees based on destination and service type.

4. Rush & Same-Day Shipping

For urgent or same-day orders, please contact us before ordering to confirm production availability. Customers are responsible for all rush or overnight shipping fees. Once in transit, delivery schedules are managed by the carrier.

5. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • All shipping costs.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by local authorities.

We recommend reviewing your country’s import rules before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges or delays.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, misprinted, or missing items, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery at info@yesweprint.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a reprint or refund once verified.

7. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If a correction is requested after shipment and the carrier cannot change it, and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

8. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

9. Delivery Times

  • UPS Ground: Typically 1–5 business days within the continental U.S.
  • FedEx / USPS: Delivery time varies depending on the service selected.

Delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control. For time-sensitive orders, please confirm the estimated delivery schedule before ordering.
