What is covered
- Products that are defective, misprinted, or damaged during production
- Printing errors caused by our process (not customer-provided artwork issues)
- Incorrect items shipped (wrong product, size, or color due to our error)
- Products damaged during shipping (report within 7 business days)
What is not covered
- Buyer's remorse or change-of-mind after production begins
- Incorrect size, color, or design approved before printing
- Minor variations in color tone or print placement (normal in custom printing)
- Products damaged after delivery from washing, misuse, or wear
- Claims made more than 7 business days after delivery
- File or artwork errors provided by the customer

Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all custom apparel and branded merchandise orders placed with Yes We Print. Because each order is produced according to your specific artwork, size, and garment selections, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or other preference-related reasons.
Returns are only eligible for defects, production errors, or damage caused by our process or during shipping.
How to Submit a Claim
If you believe your order qualifies for a reprint or refund, follow these steps within 7 business days of delivery:
- Contact us promptly
Email info@yesweprint.com or call (877) 807-4909 within 7 business days of receiving your order. - Provide documentation
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected items. - Wait for instructions
Do not return any products until our team instructs you. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. - Receive resolution
Once verified, we'll issue either a reprint of the affected items or a refund for the defective portion of your order. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at no cost before we begin preparing your order — typically within the first few hours after placement.
Once we've ordered blanks from our suppliers or started production, cancellations are no longer possible as costs have been incurred. To cancel within the eligible window, call (877) 807-4909 as soon as possible.
Shipping & Return Costs
If the issue is our fault, we cover all return shipping and replacement costs with a prepaid return label.
If a return is required, we'll provide detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping fees for non-defective items are non-refundable. For more on our shipping practices, see our Shipping Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the affected item(s). Yes We Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profit, event delays, or missed deadlines arising from your order or the use of our products.
